– Orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Customization and production may extend this period based on the complexity of the order, commonly 10-15 business days.
– Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2.2 Confirmation
– Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order details. After order is completed, photos or videos of finished products will be presented before shipping. A tracking number or B/L will be provided once your order is shipped.
