If you’re building your design on one of our Illustrator templates, you can submit your file to us and a quote for your project will be sent to you. You can also email your dieline to our customer support team and we’ll send you back a quote. If you do not have packaging artwork for your bag yet, you can get a rough quote by our customer support team.

Our standard production time for custom packaging orders is 10 business days. Rush production takes 7 business days. These times do not include shipping transit which is 15-30 business days depending on your location. Larger custom or bulk orders may require a few extra production days.

During peak seasons, some orders may take longer to fulfill. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, the estimates shown at checkout are our fastest options. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting Rush production and expedited shipping. This will provide the fastest possible delivery time for your custom bag orders.

After you complete checkout, our Prepress team will review your custom box design within 24 hours. They will check for any technical issues and email you a 2D digital proof for approval.

If revisions are needed, we will request changes to the design. Once finalized, your custom packaging bags will move into production. This streamlined process allows us to start printing your boxes as soon as the design is perfected, getting your order out the door quickly

If any concerns are found, we will note them on the digital proof sent to you within 24 hours after checkout. Our Prepress experts can assist with fixing any issues if needed.

However, we do not check for spelling/grammar errors or provide subjective feedback on the design itself. The review focuses solely on the technical printability of your submitted artwork. This quality assurance process ensures your custom order meets our high production standards.
